The motorcyclist captured in a viral video stomping out the back windshield of a car with two small kids inside was arrested Wednesday after the suspect’s employer and others tipped off police, according to authorities.
Cody Heron, 26, was charged with possession of an instrument of crime, recklessly endangering another person, and multiple counts of aggravated assault over the Sunday night attack.
Typically lenient Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner reportedly requested Heron be held on $5 million bail, but a judge set it for 10% of $2.5 million during Heron’s arraignment Wednesday night, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Prosecutors allege Heron is the biker caught on camera shattering the car window before pointing a gun at a mother who jumped out of her car to confront him.
Shattered glass fell onto the woman’s two kids, ages 2 and 5, who were sitting in the backseat at the time.

That's the problem throughout the U.S., the same problem in every mid-to-large U.S. city -- totally lenient extreme-left Soros-funded DAs who let off tens of thousands of black criminals because it's supposedly "racist" to arrest black criminals. But some idiot white guy kicks in a black person's rear windshield with two little kids in the back seat (admittedly a disgusting crime) and the "Typically lenient" DA ain't having it. Throw the book at him! $5M bail! Actually, I would have thrown the book at that moron white guy, too, but I'm just pointing out that all mid-to-large city extreme-left Soros-financed DAs throughout the U.S. always let black criminals go all the time. Isn't Philthy where they also had thousands of black violent criminal thugs recently destroy a lot of high-end stores (eg, Apple & Lululemon) in their city, steal millions of dollars in expensive merchandise and the far-left Soros-financed DA hardly arrested anyone at all?
