Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) said on Thursday the United States has a responsibility to prevent Israel from attempting to ethnically cleanse Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.
Speaking on X about Israel’s clear intention to destroy Hamas after its gruesome terror attacks over the weekend, Ocasio-Cortez said it is the United States’ responsibility to stabilize and secure the Middle East. “That means being able to support … Israel in its defensive capacities … in that context,” she said.
She then suggested that Israel could try to ethically cleanse Palestinians from Gaza. Ocasio-Cortez’s suggestion came without making the distinction between Hamas terrorists and Palestinian civilians who live under Hamas rule.

Right now it’s a big screen, lawn chairs, and beer. Maybe a tevo for replay cause there is no stopping them right now.
The Gazans will be much happier in Cairo.
This going to be like watching a train wreck. Hold on tight.
As opposed to Hamas method of ethnic cleansing via beheading?
Minnesota was the only state not to go for President Reagan in 1984.
Hamas is mostly comprised of males in their twenties, most all of 9/11 or post attack age. Their mommies and daddies had ample time to raise productive people, but they chose to continue hate and destruction. Ethnic cleansing is exactly what’s called for. “Palestinian” civilians are just Hamas without weapons. That goes for the checkered scarved and mask wearing resistance here within our borders.
The goal is to destroy Hamas' capability for war. If they destroy Gaza and then leave, Hamas will rebuild Gaza and attack Israel again 20 years from now. They'll have to do what the Romans did to Carthage, or the Russians in Gronzy.
Correct. But no one in the world wants to deal with them. Muslim Brotherhood is banned in Egypt, if Sisi invites the refugees in, they'll just join the Muslim Brotherhood and then rebel against his rule.
Planche mi camisa, puta.
Embarrassment to our country. Kakistocracy...
There are no America interest in Gaza. We should not spend a dime in aiding them in anyway. That includes wasting more money on diplomacy and so-called humanitarian bull chit. We are way beyond that. The best thing we can do for Israel is get out of their way. We can provide intelligence and imagery if Israel wants to trust it. We can pave the way for the sale of weapons and munitions to Israel. That’s sell, as in Israel paying for weapons and munitions using their own money. Unlike, most congressmen, I actually have a high opinion of Israel. They are not some third world shithole nation. They are highly advanced and capable. They don’t need welfare and the strings that go along with it.
It was only a matter of time before the left once again turns against Israel and sympathizes with the terrorists.
“Their mommies and daddies had ample time to raise productive people”
I’ve read that the Hamas fighters are trained for combat from a young age.
Sparta comes to mind - briefly.
I see the belt thar may be causing problems. Lebanon, Syria, Turkey and Iran. Other Arabs are tired of this $#it. Erdogan is trying to reestablish the Ottoman Empire and his economy is troubling so this is a welcome distraction for him politically.
“The goal is to destroy Hamas’ capability for war.”
If you take Gaza back to the stone age, its thugs will use stones and slings.
The evil leadership and attackers of Hamas have to be systematically identified and zapped by drones.
Being a Hamas thug has to be seen as a dead-end job with only downsides.
That wouldn't be sufficient. Ideally, they'll have new homes in the Sinai and it will be up to Egypt to reel them in. But Sisi is not going to want that. Egypt had problems with the Muslim Brotherhood.
Alex, I choose “Carthage for $1000.”
So...AOC is calling Hamas an ethnicity?
Perhaps chopping Gaza up into sections might be worthwhile.
If one section is run decently other sections may wish to emulate it.
