Every one needs to constantly remember “the fog of war.” Much of what you hear is not reality.
Israel had no reason to waste a missle and incur enemy virtue signaling by targeting a real hospital full of real patients. Only two possibilities: (1) the building was loaded with weapons as well as patients; or (2) the strike was accidental, either by Israel or Hamas.
