This Republican voter (since 1970) wants robust debates among all candidates.
I want to see ability to face adversity with aplomb, and to put responses into words and complete sentences that connect with us voters.
The nomination is owed to no person. That person must earn the nom, and convince me of an ability to respond to to tough interrogatories, and to present him, or her/self as a capable and diplomatic commander in chief.
As an add on, that person must display a knowledge of current events, history, and ideally, be a Veteran.
