Heather Pressdee, a nurse in Butler County who was already facing charges related to giving patients lethal doses of insulin, is now facing charges related to the mistreatment of 19 additional patients.
41-year-old nurse allegedly administered lethal doses of insulin to three patients beginning in 2020. Now 19 additional patients have been found to have been mistreated while under her care at five different care facilities.
In total, 17 patients under Pressdee's care have died.
Now, she is facing two new charges of first-degree murder, 17 counts of attempted murder, and 19 counts of neglect of a care-dependent person.
The facilities where Pressdee's alleged crimes took place are Concordia at Rebecca Residence, Belair Healthcare and Rehabilitation (Guardian), Quality Life Services Chicora, Premier Armstrong Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and Sunnyview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

I barely recall my grandmother, who died from going into a coma with no one there to administer orange juice.
I have an 11 year old who was diagnosed as type one just after turning 6. She has a pump, but is far too confident and at times sloppy.
On one occasion she accidentally triple-dosed herself for a snack she had helped herself to (and over-estimated the carb value). By the grace of God I noted that she was plunging quickly and the pump tipped me off to the obscene amount of insulin on board (for a 9 year old). I quickly got a ton of grape juice into her, and it all worked well, but I owe her guardian angle big time.

P.232-239 of the Angels of Death book. family discovered she had lesbian tendencies. Dropped out from college after studying poetry and studied Religious Education Counseling at London Baptist Bible College. Father, a strict baptist,
tried to get her converted from being gay but she got out of it. Studied nursing. Went on to have such jobs as night nursing care at a nursing facility with 32 elderly patients.
“I think she liked work in the evenings....being in charge...I think she enjoyed that the most.” relationship with a woman was legalized 2003 when Ontario legalized same sex unions. She gave overdoses of insulin and other injections to helpless patients. Charged with 8 murders, 4 attempted murders and two counts of aggravated assault.
She was convicted and sentenced to 8 consecutive life sentences. She also lost her nursing license.
Freelance eugenics?
It could have something to do with the shortage of nurses. However, many companies have a “neutral reference” policy for former workers. They will only confirm a person had been employed there but will not disclose performance issues or reasons the employment ceased. Makes it difficult to determine if the applicant is worthy of hire or not.
No one who hired her, or managed her, or made the decision to wave her on to another institution in Ontario, has been disciplined in any way whatsoever. At least at present.

IIRC, she reported “hearing voices” before she murdered a patient.
