Smoking (or eating brownies or gummies) is so relaxing that you just sit on the couch and listen to music or watch TV. You don't go for that run or bike ride because...well, just because.
And after a few weeks of skipping cardio, the habit is broken. In fact, whenever you think that you need to go for a run, you remember how painful it's gonna be to get back into the cardio routine...so you smoke another joint and go back to the couch.
