Trump +4 in PA is probably closer to Biden +10 after 250% of Philly registered voters go to the poles, 500 mail in ballots are sent to every shed and abandoned garage in Pittsburg, and then signature requirements on mail in ballots waved across the whole state by some Obama appointed judge in late Oct 24.

Oh yeah..and the State Attorney General has every republican pole watcher arrested on election night to cap the whole thing off.

I think that the problem is that the GOPe is asleep at the switch and seems to show no signs of engaging in offensive lawfare to prevent either the same tactics or remarkably similar tactics as used in 2020. Trump has a little bit on his plate right now, and it should not be up to him or his campaign to battle these strategies.

In Wisconsin, the GOP legislature has passed election reform legislation 2x and the Democratic Governor has vetoed it 2x. So, in terms of statutes - the election in 2024 will be run under the same rules as in 2020. Except that the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that the ballot collection boxes scattered everywhere, unsupervised, was not constitutional and that ballot collection boxes must be limited to election supervisor offices and must be surveilled. That should take a lot of wind out of their ballot harvesting sails.

But with polling results like these - Marc Ellias, et. al., are strategizing to put a thumb on the election administration scale in favor of Democrats any way they can. I want to see efforts by the GOP to counterpunch. Ronna McDaniel, I’m talkin’ to you!
