McGraw has also been a vocal critic of the Trump administration’s Supreme Court appointments. In 2018, McGraw told Rolling Stone magazine that he was “deeply concerned” about the direction of the Court under President Trump. He said that the Court was “becoming increasingly politicized” and that it was “no longer a neutral arbiter of the law.”

The problem I have is with those who judge and label individuals against the will of the individual. No one has the right to do this without the permission of the individual unless the individual has labelled themselves as such first.

Amendment I

I am well informed and have no delusions about what the 1st amendment states and is intended to protect.

It doesn’t convey freedom of religion “as long as it is accepted form of Christianity”. It is absolutely designed to protect the individual from persecution coming from any and all religions forced through government.
