- Parliamentary systems are not the same as the US system. Trudeau is the leader of his party, and thus becomes prime minister upon his party getting a majority or as part of an agreement with another party in a coalition.

The problem is it wouldn’t matter.
Election fraud is irrelevant when all the political parties agree on mass immigration and refugees.
