Then prove they are not law abiding in a court of law. Then you won’t need to circumvent due process protections.

*could simply make clear that the Second Amendment doesn’t apply to people who have been placed under a domestic violence restraining order*

The restraining order doesn’t even have to assess or find that the accused was not law-abiding, or represents an actual danger.
