'Donald Trump Is Going To Win': Trump Scores MAJOR Endorsement, GOP Megadonor Abandons DeSantis
DC Enquirer ^ | 11.10.2023 | Sterling Mosley

Posted on 11/13/2023 10:22:41 AM PST by SoConPubbie

On Thursday, two major GOP donors saw the writing on the wall and decided to back the leading Republican presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump for the nomination as his lead in the polls continues to cement both nationally and in the early primary states. One of the donors, Robert Bigelow, who decided to back Trump, actually abandoned DeSantis to do so given that DeSantis has failed to create enough momentum nationally and, despite his best efforts, has been unable to significantly dent Trump's lead in Iowa.

Bigelow, who is the founder of Budget Suites of America and Bigelow Aerospace, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that DeSantis isn't strong enough to take on Trump and win the White House. "At this point in time, we need the guy in the White House who scares the hell out of every other leader in the world who intends to do harm to this country," he explained.

The Republican megadonor went on to explain that Trump "was a really good commander … which is what this country needs." He did warn that he wants to see Trump "get out of the kangaroo court problems that he's involved in" before he backs him financially, however. Trump's legal troubles haven't stopped Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus from backing the former president, though.

Marcus, a major donor to Republicans, announced his endorsement of Trump via an op-ed where he wrote, "For Democrats, the choice is simple. If you feel that you are better off now than you were three years ago, you should vote for Joe Biden or whoever is the Democrat candidate. For Republicans, the choice is also simple. Let's face it: Donald Trump is going to win the nomination. You should be doing all you can to ensure his winning the general election."

Marcus went on to explain the various issues facing America, including the crisis on the southern border, the turmoil abroad, inflation destroying the American middle class, and various other issues. "This should be an issue for all Americans — Democrats, Republicans, and Independents — that I hope to reach with this op-ed. You enjoy the freedoms and values on which the nation was founded," Marcus explained. "Sadly, I see these freedoms and values being eroded today as government gets bigger and weaponized against its political opponents."

According to the Five Thirty Eight polling average for the Republican primary, Trump has the support of 56.6 percent of the GOP electorate nationally, while DeSantis has 14.1 percent support. The race is slightly higher in Iowa, with Trump having the support of 45.6 percent of GOP voters while DeSantis has 17.1 percent. In New Hampshire, however, DeSantis is struggling in a distant third place. Trump has 45.3 percent support from Republicans in The Granite State, while former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley (R-SC) has 14.9 percent support, and DeSantis only has 10.9 percent backing. It's a similar story in South Carolina, with Trump at 51.2 percent, Haley at 20.0 percent, and DeSantis at 11.3 percent. Given the double-digit lead in every early state, Trump seems almost unstoppable.

Haha. Does calling the best governor in America “DeSanctamonious” not cause division and vitriol? How about the orange chicken lying about RDS wearing lifts while lying to a judge about weighing only 215? How about the orange chicken calling Niki Haley “birdbrain”?

The states control how their elections are run. A president has no such suthority

I don’t do any of that name calling. To me there are far bigger things to worry about. Depending on how things go with those trials the Left has cooked up to ensnare Trump, it is possible that he won’t be the nominee. What bothers me about DeSantis, Haley and others is that they are in the race in hopes that Trump is taken out by the Left. If so, then what? I will never vote for Haley, Christie or Ramaswamy, and will need considerable convincing to vote for DeSantis. We have a country to save. We can’t do that if the majority of Trump voters become too demoralized by Republican infighting to vote for anyone else.

If money could win presidency, where is president Rockefeller, President Perot, president Bloomberg?

You have to understand to win, a person needs money AND PERSONALITY. DeSantis has the personality of an old PB sandwich.

You are 100% right. Posters like napscoordinator do not understand how elections are run in USA.

Exactly....if the libtards continue their cheating ways, no hope for a GOP victory.

Beg to differ ... ballot boxes are made of (flamable) material. So are the contents.

How many more Trump coronation posts from Trump-only fans are we going to get? I like Trump, too, but can’t we start discussing major issues — like our alien invasion — rather than trivia like booster shoes?

Last I checked, you were a free-will Moral Agent and had the ability to just skip on by posts you didn't like.

Did somebody (God) change that recently and I was not made aware?

Trump won in 2020 as well. I will never let that one go.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Everyone on the planet knows he won, yet State and Federal government apparatchiks have done NOTHING but engage in shameful obfuscation and denial, and they continue to do so despite a mountain of irrefutable evidence of massive fraud.

I hope the first words of Trump’s Inaugural address in 2025 will be
“Fellow Patriots, welcome to the Third Term of the Trump Presidency.”

of course the lyin’ media will call it the Third Reich

Political change can come in the blink of an eye. Remember Romania and Ceaucescu? One day there was talk of unrest and the next day the crowd was at the gate and he and his wife were being shot behind the building.

Did you see Roe v Wade coming?

I predict from now going forward in the next few months events are going to unfold quickly.

So Trump now has all the supposed globalist RINO donors behind him, instead of DeSantis. Got it.
