This supreme court and “Justice” Roberts made themselves irrelevant the day they upheld Obama care. I remember listening to Rush the day the ruling came out and I was absolutely dumbfounded. Since then this supreme court and their rulings have meant *ICK to me. They have zero guts.
There's a misconception that the decision upheld ObamaCare in its entirety -- when it was, in fact, it only related to the individual mandate.
There are a whole host of other avenues to challenge to constitutionality of various ObamaCare provisions. Some of them have been successful. Some of them haven't even been pursued at all -- which makes me wonder just how serious some of the alleged opponents of ObamaCare really are.
They made that pretty clear when the refused to even consider election fraud by denying Trump's plea, even further when they ignored the Texas suit. The three ingrates that Trump fought so hard for showed their deep state colors pretty quickly.
