According to Israel National News Hamas has a six-hour daily window without IDF aerial surveillance over Gaza. I highly, highly doubt that, but if Hamas wants to believe it and move around during those hours, I’m sure the IDF will be happy to “light” the way for them.

And I got a bridge to sell you. Satellites will be watching. And there may not be a drone orbiting right overhead, but rest assured, planes can and will be sucking in elint from further away than nice people can imagine.
