Only conjecture, but video’s don’t show any military/SWAT presence and firefighters walking around casually - I’m gonna guess its a Tesla or car fire.
Sadly, IEDs and VBIEDs are going to be what’s needed to wake people up in this country. By then it’ll be real ugly.

If it was Canuck EV it was too afraid to come to America. Not because it was likely crossing illegally but it was afraid of the Michigan residents and gas vehicles could not stop at a real Tim Hortons.
