Re: 36 - Based on that video, the car does not appear to have approached from Canada. It was clearly in the secondary inspection area or annex (have been in that area before) when it exploded.
From a person who’s been at this bridge too many times to count:
The explosion is on the U.S. side. That’s the U.S. customers area.
When crossing, you first pay your toll, then cross, then approach the Customs Checkpoint. Since it’s the U.S. checkpoint, it was coming in FROM CANADA. Already verified by locals here.
