When everybody who's being biographed is dead, it's so much easier to rewrite their story and the history of it... The narrative that every historical figure was either gay or bisexual is a pretty common type of revision by woke and leftwing 'historians'...

A recent movie on Netflix called "Munich: The Edge of War" is a very good example.

They make Chamberlain and his 'peace' overtures to Hitler out to a 'success' that resulted in England being given more time to arm itself and prepare for the upcoming war... Which is total and utter balderdash, but some fools will actually watch that movie and be hoodwinked into believing such nonsense. This movie is 'woke' propaganda being delivered to a very wide and uneducated audience of Netflix viewers, many of whom now believe that Chamberlain was some kind of hero of England.

Nothing could be farther from the truth.

A more telling and truthful movie is "Darkest Hour"... Which illustrates the scheming efforts by Neville Chamberlain and Lord Halifax to remove Churchill from power, and then make peace with Hitler by brokering a deal for him to not invade England. That movie tells it like it was... And if non historian's watch that movie they will be enlightened... Not lied to.
