They’re not fed up with partisanship. They’re fed up that they may get caught taking bribes, enriching themselves or actually having to go home and explain to voters why they are living so badly and he/she has become a millionaire living in the lap of luxury.
“All Deep State is doing is re-arranging the deck chairs.
As long as Deep State picks the candidates and rigs our elections…”
When DS finally loses the Wall Street Journal will be the last to tell you, for many reasons. The news media will never approve of DS being abolished. People expect the news media to approve of DS getting shoved out. My suburban women friends especially so. They want what they call peace.
Look for signs. It won’t be a peaceful process, the opposite. Kevin McC ouster was a microcosm of what I would expect, payoffs, repeated votes, accusations pushing, shoving, finally an elbow to the kidney, denial, projection, more threats.
On a much larger scale
I think people expect a peaceful relinquishment. Tge WSJ sure would. They don’t know what to make of Trump, for instance.
“This is good news, right”
Yep
If it were, the WSJ wouldn’t admit it.
They are cashing in and going to their jobs as lobbyists and so on.
“All Deep State is doing is re-arranging the deck chairs.
As long as Deep State picks the candidates and rigs our elections, theirs is the only game in town.”
It’s going to happen
When it changes it’ll be extremely disruptive. The suburban women, my homeys, will be the most obstructionist “ooh stop the mean social media posts! Stop fighting. The news media doesn’t like this!”
Politics is supposed to be ponderous and messy. Can’t handle that? Quit.
Executive Orders are supposed to apply only to members of the Executive Branch. They are not to be treated as law.
The atheist RINO governor in my state issued his stupid EO lockdown orders. I refused to comply as much as possible. I told people that I’m not in the Governor’s chain-of-command so I’m not subject to his unconstitutional orders.
Many more to come. Stay tuned.
>>It was never intended to have a permanent elected class.
Yet, if you look at the biographies of early members of the House, they served multiple terms. When they left it was to run for Senate, President, become a cabinet secretary, ambassador, etc.
Reprise of 2018?
[[A dozen lawmakers—six Democrats and six Republicans—have said in November that they don’t plan to continue serving in Congress, ]]
Why? Did the fires of hell lapping at their feet get too hot?
I suspect the oligarchs fear Trumps return and want to lower the risk of charges when he shows dots connected.
Bonus round: Democrats may have made sweetheart deals for new oligarchs this is going to be a winner takes all election the democrats have everything to lose.
“With the crazy Republicans now in control of the House, normal congresspeople, namely Democrats and RINO’s, just can’t take it anymore.”
