I’ve tried the Impossible Whopper at Burger King.

I thought it was fine - both texture and flavor.

Of course, it got me wondering if the grill cooks in the kitchen were frying the plant-based burger on the same griddle. it would likely soak in some of the flavor from the regular meat patties.

The burgers at Burger King are run through a gas-fired broiler on a conveyor. They go in frozen, and come out a few minutes later flame-broiled.

Yes, the Impossible Whopper is cooked the same way.
