I suspect this child was groomed.
Seems like the law says a boy cannot play on the girls team.
This boy was successfully breaking the law for awhile and managed to be on the team.
People found out that the boy was breaking the law.
(This act of identifying a law-breaker is now termed “Outing” which makes the snitches eligible for stitches, I suppose.)
So the kid who was breaking the law and violating the girls team is now the victim.

Sickens me. It is child abuse. These kids need help, not parents who do everything to help them on this irrevocable path which leads to lifelong misery.
