He was not sentenced to jail for insulting a negro. There was basically assault (spitting, chest bump) and possession of drugs. It also sounds like some of the neighbors are snowflakes. If it in fact comes to the point that one can be jailed for insulting someone then it’s over.

Funny how the “bias attack” is mention more prominently in these stupid stories. The guy was facing drug charges and that was the real crime. He probably has a history too.
