I do wonder what this Paxton guy is up to. In going after her this way I tend to start assuming the worst.

Given the responses we see on this thread from the (doubtlessly, self-identifying "evangelical Christian") knuckle-draggers, GOP candidates will be demolished throughout the country in 2024 on account of this issue, and they will deserve to be.

In the State of Texas, there is no statute that directs the attorney general not to enforce laws due to their potential impact on voter turnout.
