In my opinion, the Presidential pardon needs to be:
1) limited to Federal crimes,
2) only for crimes actually charged.
No hiding crimes with blanket pardons.

In my opinion, the Presidential pardon needs to be: 1) limited to Federal crimes, 2) only for crimes actually charged. No hiding crimes with blanket pardons.
Dunno. On January 20, 2025 Trump can call forth the militia to clean up all the sleaze in the Republic. After a month or so of citizens administering justice to the corrupt federal elite, Trump can give them all a blanket pardon. Maybe after that the pardon rules can be changed a little.
