FORT WORTH - "My son had a lot of dreams and he was so talented," said Latoiya Landers. "I don't get it."
Landers' 14-year-old son Devin Baker was shot and killed Thursday morning after allegedly attempting to break in to a home in the Rosemont neighborhood. Now, Fort Worth police are investigating.
Police say they were called to the 5200 block of Southcrest Ct. in the Rosemont neighborhood of Fort Worth early Thursday morning for a call about a prowler. When they got there, a woman told them several people were attempting to break into her home but they had left the scene.

Yeah yeah - she lured your son to her house in the wee hours of the morning when he should’ve been in bed with promises of rap star godhood and she shot him to crouch his dreams.

And asked about his dreams and ambitions to make sure he wasn’t someone who had higher hopes in life before shooting him- she should have conducted a full on interview with the perp before shooting- in the mind of the mother apparently

There should be mandatory teaching in schools (esp minority communities) the dangers of drugs, gangs and committing criminal acts. Won’t ever happen because of being labeled ‘racist’ therefore they let the little menaces pursue their destructive ways and give them cover with excuses from blinded minds.
