“They don’t determine federal elections rules”

The appointment of the President by State Legislatures is not a federal election.

Article I gives Congress the power to make rules for the election of Representatives (and Senators since 1916), but no part of the Federal government (including the Supreme Court, all you Bush v. Gore fans) has ANY legitimate role in the appointment of the President by the Electoral College.

The Founders debated this for a long time. They discussed a role for the Executive, for Congress, for the Senate alone, and eventually decided NO role for the national government, unless the States could not form a majority to make the appointment.

Anyone that knows what the democrats have done to Trump for the last 7 years, and doesn’t support him, is a Democrat, or worse. = A person completely supporting the democrat agenda and acting high and mighty while doing it.

You’re wasting your time with DeSantis people like Reno-whatever.

He’s no better than TeslaHumper and a few others on here.

Now he wants war with Hamas. Since he wants it so bad, I’m sure he’s in the Israeli Army unit that allows foreign nationals to fight for Israel. Probably taking a break from training.

The made it a 4-3 decision to make it look like they actually argued over it.

It’s like when Congress votes on something. If Democrats need a certain number of Republican votes, they get them. But it’s marketed as “reaching across the aisle”’or some other nonsense.

“Disenfranchised.”

Perfect word to describe a voter’s choice, none. This is not going to go over well for the commie judges.

It most certainly is. If I was younger I wouldn’t care. If I was retired and close to the end of my life- it wouldn’t matter much either. Unfortunately I am not near retirement and in early 60’s. I am ducked. It’s unbearable

—> So we can claim with equal impunity that you are a closet Biden supporter? Maybe even a member of KKK? Maybe here to embarrass Trump? That you are simply here on FR to troll us?

Sure. Can’t stop anyone from believing whatever they prefer..

I decided long ago that someone else’s opinion of me is none of my business.

That’s nothing, just some clownish noise.
Trump will be on the Colorado ballot, no matter what - simply because America is not a communist nation. America is a Constitutional Republic.
The political anti-Trump decision in Colorado will be reversed by the US Supreme Court. You can take that to the bank.

Trump may not be allowed to win. So Biden will win by default.

“see how they do as a seperate country.

Yes, a country that no one wants to go to, obviously those fools did not think (if they are even capable of it) this through. Just think of the economic havoc this will raise too, ski season is just starting - only to have thousands of ski trips canceled, the hotels, car rentals, resorts will lose all their bookings, empty restaurants, flights canceled at airports and that’s only topic. And not everybody in Colorado is a libtard either. On the bright side this will be fun to watch the hemorrhaging of their state’s economy.

What part of let your voice be heard peacefully is an insurrection against the United States?

Whatever happened to the First Amendment? Was it repealed and I somehow missed that news item?

“Probably will be overturned. Probably doesn’t matter. Probably wouldn’t have won Colorado anyway. If Massachusetts ruled the same way, it wouldn’t have mattered, since he won’t win Massachusetts either. Virtue signaling by the Colorado Supreme Court justices.”

That’s not the point. There are people living in Colorado and paying taxes there that have the right to vote for Trump if they want to. This tyranny cannot stand. And... if they can that easily “disqualify” Trump from being on the ballot, they can do it to ANYONE they don’t like or agree with.
