35 years of age or older. Trump qualifies.

And the 14th amendment disqualifies anyone "engaged in insurrection or rebellion". Trump did not engage in insurrection or rebellion, nor did he give aid or comfort to the enemies of the US.

The 14th amendment forbids certain stipulated persons from HOLDING office. It does NOT describe prohibiting anyone from RUNNING for office.

Since the Democratic Party supported the Confederacy and its insurrection the Democratic Party should be forever banned from proposing candidates in any election.
