Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy spoke out after the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump could be removed from the Colorado 2024 ballot for the crime of insurrection, for which Trump has neither been charged nor convicted.
“This is what an actual attack on democracy looks like," Ramaswamy said, "in an un-American, unconstitutional, and unprecedented decision, a cabal of Democrat judges are barring Trump from the ballot in Colorado. Having tried every trick in the book to eliminate President Trump from running in this election, the bipartisan Establishment is now deploying a new tactic to bar him from ever holding office again: the 14th Amendment," he said.

What do you mean? They DID do it. Now you can correctly say its unconstitutional, fascist, and low level scumbaggery, but they did it. Waiting for more judges to come to the rescue is possible, but certainly not guaranteed.
The democrats really do want a civil war, right up until the first shot is fired, then they’ll piss their pants and call it menstruation.
