As a Colorado citizen, I am of the opinion that the 4 justices that ruled to remove Trump from the ballot should face some kind of consequences for their actions. Their abandoning the legal principle of “innocent until proven guilty” in favor of political expediency shows that they are unfit for office.
However, I am not aware of any legal means to remove them from office. Article 13 of the state constitution structures the impeachment process nearly identical to the national process. Indictment by the House (Democrat control) and conviction by the Senate (Democrat control).
I am of the opinion that the “best” the GOP can do now is political theater by filing a motion of impeachment in the House.
And the DemoMarxists and RINOs like Lez Cheney continue to say Trump will bring tyranny to the USA. Do these idiots ever look at the big picturem what’s going around them, or can they only see through the eye of a needle and continue to make fools of themselves??
Oh I know. To me, RINOs are worse than Dems.

I disagree. There indeed is a ‘right side’ in America still. It’s just that most of the reps we’ve elected are no longer representing us. They have caved to threats, bribes and corruption.
