Democrats are sure pining for Trump to win the primaries but remember the first votes are over a month away. Maybe they’ll throw some new charges or another state will repeat Colorado days before a primary or caucus, sure. That’ll guarantee a Trump win. But, just the same, Trump’s massive Red Wave in 2020 never appeared, Republicans lost. Who’s to say that won’t happen in the primaries? Will Trump win Iowa? New Hampshire? or even Nevada? Last weekend he came to Reno and according to local news reports that spoke well of him, only 2,500 people showed up in a facility that could have held 20-30K. That’s less than 1% of the registered Republicans in the area. How many will bother showing up for the caucuses when everyone keeps saying it’s a Trump lock? I know of a number of non-Trump supporters that are definitely going, maybe we’ll beat Trump in the vote as I don’t hear much vote-level enthusiasm around here. It is mostly objection to Trump persecution, but not enthusiasm for another 4 years of Trump.
“maybe we’ll beat Trump in the vote as I don’t hear much vote-level enthusiasm around here”
well, I would find that very surprising. But we shall soon see.

You mean like back in 2016 when they said “Trump can’t win?”
That song has been overplayed, concern troll.
FYI the Reno event...
According to the Reno Gazette Journal, President Trump took the stage at around 3:30PM. The temperature was 45° outside with 7-10 MPH winds.
At 9:00AM, it was 30° outside. At 10:00am, it was 32°. At 11:00AM, it was 39° outside.
All things considered, I'd say it wasn't a bad turnout for having to stand in frigid weather all morning to get in.
