Thats not even half way across my screen. I dont understand why computers cant figure it our and scale it properly. Does HTML support ‘%’ call to scale a picture to the viewers screen regardless of size? Tablets are the worst and they will be installed in all of your flying cars “for your convenience”.
Some may look OK on whatever device you’re using at that time. Some suggest the 100% thing.
I’ve just taken to putting width limits on all of my images, though every now and then, one slips by. I usually see and correct it in time.

For a good rule of thumb, “width=600” will accommodate most all of your audience. And it’s not necessary to adjust the height in nearly every case as it becomes automatic by proportioning.
Now, with Obama, he’s soooooo special that I give him an extra 66 on width here and there...........
