With unemployment in China at record and unmeasurable levels, it might be that there are lots of very well educated college and graduate school young people available.
The problem will be weeding out the CCP apparatchiks

I have several customers who run truss plants out in Idaho.
They tell me the best workers are the people from Guatemala.
They are all Catholic family men grateful for the opportunity.
