As the decisions disqualifying former President Donald Trump from the 2024 election work their way through the courts, a new filing in Pennsylvania seeks the same “ballot cleansing” by barring Rep. Scott Perry.

New Jersey Rep. Bill Pascrell sought to bar 126 members of Congress under the same theory for challenging the election before Jan. 6, 2021.
Rep. Cori Bush’s similar legislation to disqualify members got 63 cosponsors, all Democrats, including New York Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Jamaal Bowman and Ritchie Torres and Squad members Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.
When Maine’s secretary of state disqualified Trump, three in the state’s congressional delegation — Sens. Angus King (I) and Susan Collins (R) and Rep. Jared Golden (D) — condemned the decision. But others supported the antidemocratic action.
The grounds were virtually identical to those of Stilp. He accuses Perry of supporting challenges to Biden’s election and opposing its certification.
Of course, he ignores Democratic members who sought to block certification of Republican presidents under the very same law with no factual or legal basis.

Rep. Jamie Raskin sought to block certification of the 2016 election result — particularly ironic since he’s a leading voice calling for Trump to be disqualified.
He insisted last week on CNN that the effort to prevent citizens from voting for Trump is the very embodiment of democracy: “If you think about it, of all of the forms of disqualification that we have, the one that disqualifies people for engaging in insurrection is the most democratic because it’s the one where people choose themselves to be disqualified.”

Because their agendas do NOT have popular support, they must resort to illegality and chicanery to shift elections.
They are doing this to see what they can get away with. It is the same thing they did with the election of 2020.

Because we are (HOPEFULLY) watching rules on mail-in ballots, becoming stricter about litigation windows, aware of the dangers of the likes of Zuckerberg donating hundreds of millions of dollars for drop boxes, enforcing mandatory surveillance, being mindful of mail in ballot counting procedures, tightening and enforcing chains of custody, all of these things are less likely to be as successful in illegally shifting the balance to Leftists in the 2024 election than they were in the 2020 election.
Their new illegal endeavor is getting Republicans barred from the tickets. They have succeed in the short term, and perhaps, even though they know it is illegal, they hope to throw a monkey wrench in the process for Republicans. Basically, they are using Electoral Lawfare in an attempt to shift the balance.
It will tie up Republicans in court battles, cost them money and time, all done in a compressed time frame.
Just like the challenges to the election were tied to inflexible time limitations.
And it is all deliberate. By intent. Coordinated. Not a coincidence.
The Left wants to paint all non-Leftists as Nazis. If we are painted as Nazis, everyone knows any actions, ranging from illegal electoral implementation and Electoral Lawfare, to outright murder is morally justified.
If we don't get a handle on this and crush it, as a nation, our Republic is 100% finished, and that is a certainty.
The way I see it, In our Republic, there fundamentally exists a two-part covenant between a legitimate government and the citizenry:

Well said and good post. The only problem is all of it is fruitless when the judges have the power to keep everyone from presenting any evidence at all to support their claims. And even if they do allow evidence they have the sole power to just throw it all out and not let it go any further. Appeal? Same exact kind of judges with a different jurisdiction.
These judges are given far far too much power. On their level they are dictators no one can argue against. They have the power to play God and send you to hell if they want even if they are undeniably wrong and corrupt.
It's a no-risk venture; the Stalinists have 100% control of the "mainstream" media, and the Republicans are absolutely not going to fight back in the sense of doing the same to election-denying (2016) Democrats like the racist homeboy from Brooklyn who is highly likely to be Speaker of the House next January.

As I've mentioned before concerning Perry, the attack on him -- as the LONE conservative Republican in Congress from the entire northeastern U.S. -- even if this illegal move to bar him from the ballot does not succeed (fully aided and abetted by the corrupt PA Secretary of State, the corrupt PA Democrat Supreme Court, etc.) the idea is simply to generate as much negative publicity for Perry as possible and jeopardize his re-election chances as much as possible.
His district is only slightly right-leaning and getting worse by the day. It was a safe district as configured back in 2011 and Perry first won it in 2012 when ultra-squishy Republican Todd Platts retired.

The thoroughly corrupt PA Democrat Supreme Court seized control of the redistricting process in 2018 -- when no redistricting was even called for -- and implemented a severe Democrat gerrymander which flipped several congressional seats from R to D and greatly endangered 2 others (Perry's district being one of those).
Actions such as these by black-robed Democrat tyrants in places like PA, Florida, North Carolina and Virginia were the ONLY reason the Democrats controlled the House after 2018. Think about the impact that had on the Trump presidency and its aftermath.
In the next redistricting in PA, the corrupt Court AGAIN seized control away from the GOP legislature -- which, thank to the Court's state-level gerrymander is no longer in GOP control -- and then screwed the Republicans AGAIN by taking away one more seat.
Perry has managed to survive so far, and the Rats inexplicably didn't even seriously challenge him in 2022.
But they are taking no chances this time.
Denying a quorum had become the last recourse on some gun legislation. It’s a tactic that the Dims had employed, as well.

Actually the term is “Fascists”. Nazi stands for “National Socialist”, so they avoided using Nazi, because it would imply that they were fellow socialists.

Judges have a huge amount of power, and the Left (as seen vividly in the actions of Marc Elias, one of the biggest scumbags on the face of the earth) completely harnesses the power of Leftist judges to achieve their agenda, because they know they cannot do it via the ballot box.
They have become adept at using judges to illegally implement power, bypassing the legislative branches of our government.
We don’t do the same, because we “follow the rules”. We still think we live in a Constitutional Republic.
How we change this back to what it should be, I don’t know. I don’t want to “do what they do” because we will never be as good at it as they are.
