Former President Trump holds a large lead over former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley (R) in her home state, according to an Emerson College poll released Friday.
The poll finds Trump ahead of Haley by 29 points in South Carolina, just eight weeks before the state’s primary Feb. 24.
The poll found Trump with 54 percent support to Haley’s 25 percent, and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) placing a distant third with 7 percent.

Indeed. Trump will not hold up against a non-Biden Dem and hardly against Biden if he does make it. None of these sycophants understands that. They don’t get that at least half of the country is traitors and they absolutely hate Trump, so will be heavily motivated.

Some of the best polls for Trump indicate that 85% of his 2020 voters will vote for him again... ITS NOT ENOUGH TO WIN. He’ll be further away from winning than he was in 2020... he won’t have enough to overcome the DEM cheaters... he’s not winning over women, he’s not winning over the centrists... I am not crazy about most of the GOP candidates except for maybe Desantis... but Trump will lose if he’s the GOP nominee... and we will be fucked for another four years and likely longer. Ok...flame away, but then intellectually tell me where I am wrong.

Yep, at least with some of the people I know - they agreed with Trump on virtually every issue, but simply REFUSED to vote for him because he wasn’t ‘cultured’ enough for their tastes.
Thankfully there’s only a few of that type here anymore, as most now understand the CONSEQUENCES of such stupidity.
