I don’t like what is going on at all with the interference between parents and their children. However, parental rights is not in the Constitution, anyplace. So I don’t see how the SC can do anything in that area. If it’s not in the Constitution then it’s up to the several states.
This entire issue would go away if a few angry fathers paid late night visits to the school administrators pushing this garbage.
