The Congress has the power of naturalization. If Congress want to make invading foreigners citizens it can via a “uniform rule of naturalization”.
Until Congress makes foreigners citizens, states have the power to toss foreigners out or to bar their entry.
Deputize thousands of armed civilian Texans. Let Biden being his woketard army.
First off, Biden would have to do it without the US military - Posse Comitatus Act.
They should have sued the feral government long ago for violating Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution:
Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion;
One possible plan is to simply tie it up in court for decades. it’s a tactic the left has used to quite good effect - and by the time it actually comes to a final decision, well, it’s been the state of affairs for so long it’s considered normal, or they just get a slap on the wrist.
