Trump has nothing to apologize for and I agree with Mike Baker on the odds of it ever happening.

I agree. There are hell of a lot of people who owe an apology - to Trump and to Trump supporters.

He isn’t arrogant - the people who think that never watch his entire speeches - they just see whatever out-of-context sound clips the fake news wants to use against him.

The most famous “arrogant” thing he ever supposedly said was - “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters, OK?”

But guess what - that isn’t something he said - he was quoting something a fake news pundit had said. Some fake news pundit had insulted all Trump supporters by suggesting Trump could commit murder in broad daylight and they would still vote for him.

At a rally, he repeated what the fake news pundit had said, as a way of showing the crowd “this is what the fake news thinks of you - they think you are blind cult followers with no conscience”

Anyone who listened to the context knew that was not a boast on Trump’s part, but rather a quote of what the fake news thought of Trump supporters.

Here’s what Trump actually said at the rally in full context:

“My people are so smart — and you know what else they say about my people? The polls?” Trump asked a crowd at a Sioux Center, Iowa, rally Saturday. “I have the most loyal people — did you ever see that?”

“I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters, OK?” he said, referring to the major street in New York City that cuts through Manhattan’s large commercial district. “It’s, like, incredible.”

But the headlines for months afterward made it sound like Trump was boasting that - when actually he was making fun of an insult that the fake news had made of Trump supporters.

That is just one of hundreds of examples where the fake news has taken Trump comments out of context to make him look bad.

The only people fooled are the ones who don’t listen to his whole speeches - those that do listen know that he is a kind, generous wonderful man with a big heart - with a gigantic set of balls - who will tell the truth even when it hurts.
