They probably have to allow this under the law. But its up to parents to keep their kids out of the club. They must allow the club to be there but no one is forced to join.

you are precisely correct.It *IS* the parents’ decision for their child to attend or not.

The *OTHER* parents shouldn’t give a red cent’s worth of vare or derision, but *SOME* will, just because “that club” comes onto schoolgrounds. *THOSE* parents forget that the school, as Neil Boortz used to say, “is a government school”, and not a private or parochial school.
