As much as the Republican party leadership hates Trump, it hates those who support Trump even more. When will people wake up and see it? Oh, I know: probably never.
Brain-dead "conservatives" think that if they can just elect the "right sort" of Republican, that'll save the country. Problem is, those who run the Republican party today don't want the country "saved." They, like the Dems, want it transformed.
