Yes you can, just like ships at sea and planes do by purchasing a satellite-based internet service. What you're saying is they don't want it enough to bear the cost of satellite-based internet.
Why should we when city folk can get FIOS for less than half of Starlink? We can’t afford Starlink. I guess you can and look down on us poor, rural folk.
