No one ever reported Charles previously had any form of cancer. Seems they would have said, if so. So not recurring.

True - but, watchful waiting is a very common prostate status for millions of elderly men these days, who have suspicious, but slow growing, or unchanging, lesions in their prostate.
Most of them make the common sense decision to throw the dice and just ride out the low risk issues.
