If they want to compete (or use bathrooms/locker rooms) as ‘women”, they need to have their penis and testicles removed and be have their hormones ‘adjusted to match average female mixtures - and maintain those levels for 12 months first - that will solve 99.5% of the problem.

I would add that they should do this PRIOR to any official agreement that they will be allowed to compete. Make them prove that they are sincere, which should be no problem since they are “women” regardless of whether they are playing sports, right?
