SpaceX has moved its state of incorporation from Delaware to Texas!
If your company is still incorporated in Delaware, I recommend moving to another state as soon as possible.

Delaware used to have a reputation as a very corporate friendly state, hence why many of the major corporations incorporate there. Unfortunately, like the democrat state it is, the Delaware courts have been taken over by activist lefty judges who are more interested in imposing “social policy” on corporations than enforcing the law. What they didn’t count on in this case is Elon truly has “FU” money and unlike most companies, the power and will to up and move at a moments notice, while flying Delaware the bird on the way out.

the only asset that most companies that incorporate in Delaware is a rental P.O. Box, so it’s pretty inexpensive to move a company’s incorporation from Delaware to some other state ...
