I hear her father is going to testify today. The judicial bench has given the American people the black guy. I really don’t know what it will take to regain the faith of Americans again, but I see no way this judge will rule against that evil POS DA. Optics is everything in elections and this is one reason why they’re bringing her father to take the stand. They are pandering to the black BLM GA voting block since this judge is up for reelection in a few months!

I think the judge has already decided to disqualify Willis based upon the evidence to date, but is letting the hearing proceed so that the record will be complete.
It is my understanding that if he does disqualify her, the case and any results are simply wiped away as if it never happened, including any plea deals by co-defendants. Any other DA would have to start over from the beginning.
And....there it is. IF she did give the cash back to Wade, it came from there, I'm betting.
Definitely needs a forensic fiscal analysis.

Where in the H-E-double hockey sticks are the witnesses for the defense this AM? What a zoo of a circus.
They made it extremely clear that they were lying. Any honest person knows you don’t pay everything in cash, by the tens of thousands of dollars, unless you are hiding income and spending.
However, many people do not care. Will the judge? I’m afraid he’ll bow down so he can stay a judge and not face Fani’s retribution.

Not sure what you were watching, but it wasn’t the same thing I was.
Fani was comfortable being Fani, because the clown in the robe with a gavel let Fani be Fani.
Fani was disrespectful to everyone in that courtroom and this so-called judge in particular.
Her behavior as a testifying witness would never be allowed in courts a decade ago.
But she gets a pass because she checks the diversity boxes.
Fani stated she would never emasculate a black man, but she sure emasculated the white man on the bench above her.
Couldn’t hope for a better outcome, but I’m realistic. Would be shocked for that to happen at this point.
Did the lawyers think to ask some of the criminals if they maybe dropped a few dollars in a certain city office? Cash is fungible.
