The hearing may be concluded today. However, I do not expect a quick decision (certainly not in the next few days). He will probably issue his ruling within the next couple of weeks. Normally, in a case of this magnitude I would think any order would cite case law and court opinions as to the reasoning for the Court’s decision. It will take time for that Order to be drafted.
