But they they get the headline when they need it.And it will have the effect of increasing Trump's support.

Will be overturned on appeal. I wouldn't put money on that. America has turned into a 3rd world hellhole, supported by a corrupt judicial system.

It's a deliberate and calculated effort to tarnish Trump's reputation during an election cycle. So far, it's not working, but expect Tricky Nikki, Willard McRomney, and Christie the Hutt to all get air time on the corporate media to bash Trump about these absurd NY judgments.

"Will be overturned on appeal. But they they get the headline when they need it."Has to compete in the news cycle against Fani's meltdown, which was unexpected. Joe Six-pack far more likely to interpret the verdict as overkill from a fish-lipped Manhattanite 'judge', and most people have an imbued idea about excessive verdicts overturned on appeal.

To appeal he will either have to come up with the cash that will be tied up for the duration of the appeals process or get a surety bond. Can he afford either?

You’re dreaming the New York appeals court is comprised of seven judges and they all are Democrat appointees. You’re dreaming if you think they’re going to rule for Trump. My question is after they slap him down for the millionth time can he appeal it to the Supreme Court? Or is it a done deal already.

When is the hearing, or do the appeals judges have a collective itchy anus that needs to be scratched before they act? They are all probably too fat to reach where they need to....

I fear for Trump and his Family. Next they will demolish Trump Tower, Dig up the graves of his father and mother and dump they into the East River. In New York Trump is seen as worse than Hitler. Before the Convention, I believe that they might try to take out Trump permanently. The powers that control New York will do all they can to rid the nation of Trump and his family.
