I haven't read it, but Victor Hanson talks a lot about his book "The Dying Citizen." He says there is ZERO difference any more between a Citizen and a Resident.

Citizens must have greater rights than mere residents. That is no longer the case. Citizens no longer have "standing" to challenge election fraud in rigged elections. Citizens' civil rights can be defeated by "qualified immunity" claims. Conversely, illegal aliens have rights and are getting money from the government, which is also paying NGOs to bring them here. Clearly, the illegals are also being registered to vote, not that they will vote, but so our elites can vote for them. We live in strange times.

Illegals are being authorized all over the nation to be eligible for elective office. San Francisco just appointed an ILLEGAL to the ELECTIONS COMMISSION! Imagine how that person will react to other illegals voting!
