I hope the judge takes the witnesses' demeanor into account when he considers their testimony before ruling on disqualifying Willis and Wade.

I don't think he needs absolute confirmation in testimony to reach a conclusion of evasion, and I hope that he considers evasive behavior just as good as verbal testimony to reach a conclusion.

On and off the stand. Did any cameras show Wade while Bradley was up? I had it on on Fox, which did not.

Good Judges take many signs of witness testimony into account. One time while I was cross-examining a hostile witness, the witness’s anger was building pretty dramatically. It was to a point that the witness clenched his jaw several times. In the Judge’s final summary of judgement, he listed as one of the signs of deception from the witness was the “repeated clenching jaw”.
