The shorter and more originalist Declaration is harder to lie about for long, before you can punch the liar in the face.

You can be BOTH. I don’t see how one is opposed to the other. In fact, our constitution SUPPORTS the Declaration.

There is no conflict between the two; the Declaration and the Constitution.
The only conflict in Modern America along these lines is how the progressives have perverted the Constitution into saying what it does not say, vs the beautiful Constitution that the Founders actually delivered.
