The actual conflict of interest was that Fani Willis had an illegal financial stake in a criminal prosecution when she hired her dumb, unqualified, secret boyfriend, Nathan Wade, to be lead prosecutor.
Yet Judge McAfee went out of his way to believe everything Willis said to keep her political machine from coming after him.
Governor @BrianKempGA, Attorney General @ChrisCarr_Ga, and white southern male Republican politicians are the biggest cowards on the face of the planet.

An illegal immigrant was wrongly banned from possessing guns, according to a recent ruling.
A federal law, Section 922 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code, bars illegal immigrants from carrying guns or ammunition. Prosecutors charged Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, the illegal alien, in 2020 after he was found in Chicago carrying a semi-automatic pistol despite “knowing he was an alien illegally and unlawfully in the United States.”
U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman rejected two motions to dismiss, but the third motion, based on a 2022 U.S. Supreme Court ruling, triggered the dismissal of the case on March 8....

Reviewing my notes from last week's classified docs hearing to try to explain Judge Cannon's jury instruction motion filed yesterday.
Cannon repeatedly asked DOJ to identify the official, individual responsible for "authorizing" retention of national defense info. She drilled down on what she said "struck me as interesting...the timing of the indictment," noting Trump's alleged "unauthorized possession" happened on Jan 21, 2021.
Jay Bratt, Jack Smith's lead prosecutor on the case, confirmed the government believes Trump's "unauthorized" possession of national defense information occurred "the moment he left office."
Really?
So the controversy rests on whether Trump as president (which is why this is different than Biden's unauthorized possession of documents bc he never had the authority to declassify or determine personal v presidential records) had the authority as president before he left office to permit his possession of the records.
This is the best Jack Smith could do in defining "unauthorized" to meet language in Espionage Act. Since no former president has ever been prosecuted for this--another point repeatedly raised by Cannon--DOJ has no historical precedent to argue an outgoing president cannot confer "authority" on himself for possessing NDI papers.
So this is partially when Presidential Records Act terms come into play--the basis of her questioning last week and jury instruction order last night:

🔴One, flood the country with untold millions of illegals by land, sea, and air from all over the world — enough to eclipse the populations of 36 individual U.S. states, so far.
🔴Two, prioritize the needs of these millions of non-citizens over the needs of the American citizen, with free flights, busses, hotels, meals and phones — ensuring their loyalty to the political party that imported them.
🔴Three, keep them in the country at all costs, even when they commit violent crime like murder and rape. Attack the language used to describe the criminals, as opposed to the criminals themselves. Slander critics as racist.

🔴Five, count the non-citizens in the census that will determine congressional apportionment in the House of Representatives — as of now, that would equal thirteen extra congressional districts; a tremendous amount of electoral power.
🔴Six, wage a massive, heavily funded lawfare campaign to change state voting laws that legalize mass mail-in ballots, no signature verification, and no proof of citizenship requirements — making it nearly impossible to prove voter fraud.
🔴Seven, lock in the permanent voting majority with campaign promises of lavish benefits and permanent privileges, enshrining generational fealty to the Democrat party.
🔴Eight, win elections.
🔴Nine, entrenched single-party rule has been achieved.
