Judge McAfee won't retain Fani, and here's why: if he does, then Kemp is forced to refer Fani to the Prosecuting Attorneys Statewide Qualifications Commission, which was specifically created by KEMP to STOP prosecutions that are "politically motivated"!

McAfee KNOWS that this trial has revealed that Fani's prosecution was politically motivated, and that she did it despite knowing her gigolo patronage gravy train subterfuge would eventually be revealed.

So, McAfee will actually be sparing Fani from further disgrace. Note that the problem here is that once he removes Fani, you could easily see someone worse step into her role and make a big speech about 'taking down Trump', even though they would mostly be back to Step One, and with all of the extraneous lawfare evidence exposed.

That’s why I think McAfee is ocassionally playing devil’s advocate and making sure the defense attorneys lock in their arguments with airtight case sites, Rules of Professional Conduct, the county codes. etc.

A witness has come forward who saw Nathan Wade at lunch with Terrence Bradley about 5 weeks ago. There will be audio of a voicemail to this effect soon.

This evidence seems unlikely to make it into today’s hearing, but the parties can file additional motions or take whatever other action they believe is appropriate after this hearing concludes. There is an audio of a voicemail left by a witness who watched the testimony and felt he needed to come forward.

McAfee is asking about the scope and relevance of the evidence. He's asking if it crosses the threshold for disqualification.

McAfee asked Sadow why the remedy was not to simply bring it to the bar for punishment? "Do I have to disqualify all the affidavits that the District Attorney signed because she's no longer credible?"

Sadow said "This is more than just signing an affidavit. Willis got on the stand and testified under oath to tell the truth... Prosecutors must be held to a higher standard because they are charged with seeking justice."

Phil Holloway has been great at keeping up with this case and providing information regarding the law and the evidence. He was great on Megyn Kelly the other day.

The attorney in closing argument just now touched on the fact that Willis and Wade’s attorney signed onto what they knew was false pleadings.

Honestly, this is more than ethical lapses and perjury, Fani should be arrested.

No, Wade was an officer of the court, his standard is explicitly higher -- he could not accept a prosecutorial position "Special Assistant Attorney General" from his girlfriend in order to 'wash' those funds between himself, Fani, and a cast of dumb thugs.

Willis still has to face some ethics charges.

She failed to report gifts in aggregate of more that $100 per year.

She is running a hostile work environment where she is sleeping with an underling who received a higher pay than more qualified workers and received the premier case assignment that he know experience in doing.

The second point would get any manager fired in a business environment.

That last attorney was amazing. Told the judge that if he allowes the case to go forward Fulton County will be an international laughingstock.
