They are running a TV ad here talking about how Garvey has voted for Trump twice and he wants to build a border wall. “Steve Garvey is to Conservative for California!” First time I saw it I said this is some reverse advertising!! Haha

Looks like Adam Schiff's big-dollar campaign of weirdly nice attack ads against Republican Steve Garvey in the California Senate race is not quite having the effect he thought it would have. It's actually having exactly the effect he wanted as he believes he would have a much easier time defeating him than another Democrat. He did this deliberately to lift him to get rid of what he perceives to be his worst general election competition. McCaskill did the same thing in Missouri to choose her opponent in 2012.
